Annual Ice Show
The St. Cloud Figure Skating Club (SCFSC) is celebrating 44-years of skating excellence in Central Minnesota. Our skaters range from 3-year old beginners to adult senior level skaters. Our main goal is to promote the advancement of figure skating in Central Minnesota. We seek to develop each skater's interest and potential within an environment of support, and with the highest standards of leadership, professionalism and good sportsmanship.
SCFSC is managed by a Volunteer Board of Directors, with several committees and additional volunteers performing various roles within the club. We are a 100% volunteer lead and managed organization. Parents and skaters bear the majority of the cost involved in the participation of our programs through membership fees, ice fees and coaching fees.
In March of each year, we host our Annual Ice Show. Our skaters represent schools from all over Central Minnesota. Skaters demonstrate their talents in front of family, friends and the community. The Annual Ice Show draws 1,000 fans over 3 shows during a two-day span. We also host an annual competition, the Granite City Classic, in November of each year, hosting over 300 skaters from all over the Mid-West attracting hundreds of families to Central Minnesota.
When businesses and families take an interest in our local skating programs, they are truly making a difference in our community as well as the lives of our youth skaters. Please consider sponsoring or advertising with SCFSC and/or placing a personal ad in our ice show program for your favorite skater.
